Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with technology and product queries
Delivering high-quality training and professional services to customers
Accurate and timely processing of support cases using Eiffel Corp and/or partner support systems
Adhering to or exceeding SLAs for products and/or clients they support
Actively maintaining own technology and product expertise
Actively maintaining and improving Eiffel Corp’s internal processes and resources
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required for this role. Senior Technical Consultants must be able to express complex concepts clearly and succinctly, both in writing and verbally. They must also be able to listen effectively in order to fully understand client queries.
Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills are required for this role. Senior Technical Consultants must be comfortable working face to face with clients to present training and deliver professional services to clients.
Problem Solving: Senior Technical Consultants must be tenacious and should have a systematic approach to problem solving.
Product Knowledge: Up to date and comprehensive knowledge of relevant products is required for this role. Senior Technical Consultants must ensure that they develop their product knowledge to keep abreast of new features and capabilities.
Technical Skills / Knowledge: Senior Technical Consultants must have knowledge and skills of the constituent and supporting technologies used the products they work with. These skills should include relevant technical qualifications and certifications where applicable.
Industry and Cultural Awareness: All Eiffel Corp employees need to be aware of education industry culture and practices. Education clients have differences we need to be sensitive to, including working conditions, availability, organisational structure, and resources.
Experience & Qualifications:
Applicable tertiary qualification in IT
Technical certifications for AWS and/or Azure.
3-5 Years of experience in a similar technical / application support or consulting role
Software development or DevOps for cloud applications
Containers and container orchestration
IaC and CM Tools such as Terraform, Ansible.
Development languages such as Python or JS.
Desirable experience/qualifications:
LMS / VLE supporting technology skills & experience:
Java / JDK / JRE
Web and application servers: IIS, Apache & Tomcat
Operating Systems: Windows Server & Linux
Databases: SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, MySql

Job Overview
The Digikamva Student Information System (SIS) is software used in the education sector to automate and streamline an institution’s academic and administrative processes through the management of the primary student life-cycle. The Sales Graduate will focus on Market Research and Sales for Digikamva SIS in target markets: training centers, private HE, and TVET. The Digikamva SIS must be introduced to leads, demonstrate what value it can bring to the institution and build the relationship until the sale is completed.
Job Responsibilities
Market research on prospective leads.
Generating leads and lead follow ups primarily via remote contact.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Introductory meetings with prospective clients.
Giving sales presentations to prospective clients. Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on own sales figures and actions. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Maintaining client records in CRM. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
